Sanding

We use large floor sanders to sand down old, worn-out floors quickly and effectively, shaping and leveling the wood. Over time, all floors accumulate cutter marks, burns, scratches, small spots, and raised grain. Sanding requires skilled professionals to carefully remove the top layer of wood using various grades of sandpaper. When done correctly, sanding rejuvenates floors, leaving them with a smooth, renewed finish.

Sealing

After the process of sanding, the floors are then sealed. Sealing doesn’t only make the floors look beautiful, but it also protects the wood. There are different types of sealers, mainly the oil based and water based.
  •  Oil based changes the natural colour of the wood leaving the floor with a high gloss finish.It’s best for high traffic areas

Installation of wooden floors
